- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 cup milk
- salt, to taste
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius.
- 2 add salt and cheese to flour. add milk and mix well.
- 3 spray a 12-cup muffin tin with nonstick spray.
- 4 spoon the mixture equally amongst the 12 cups.
- 5 bake till browned on the top. should be 10 to 15 minutes.
