Pumpkin Bread-heart Healthy

Total Time: 1 hr 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups wheat flour
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups splenda granular (sugar substitute)
  • 1 cup egg beaters egg substitute
  • 1 cup plain fat-free yogurt
  • 2 cups canned pumpkin
  • 2/3 cup water

Recipe

  • 1 sift dry ingredients together, including sugar and splenda.
  • 2 add wet ingredients to the dry mixture; mix until blended.
  • 3 makes 3 big loaves, 4 medium, 6 small, or 2 large and 1 med.
