Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups wheat flour
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cups splenda granular (sugar substitute)
- 1 cup egg beaters egg substitute
- 1 cup plain fat-free yogurt
- 2 cups canned pumpkin
- 2/3 cup water
Recipe
- 1 sift dry ingredients together, including sugar and splenda.
- 2 add wet ingredients to the dry mixture; mix until blended.
- 3 makes 3 big loaves, 4 medium, 6 small, or 2 large and 1 med.
