- 14 3/4 ounces cream-style corn (1-2 cans)
- 15 ounces canned whole kernel corn (1-2 cans)
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs, plus some for topping
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- salt
- pepper
- 1 -2 egg
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350.
- 2 mix all ingredients together. sprinkle a lite layer of additional breadcrumbs on top of the scalloped corn.
- 3 bake for 30 minutes.
