Michele's Banana Nut Bread

Total Time: 1 hr 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 large ripe bananas, mashed
  • 2 cups self rising flour
  • 3/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 line a 2 quart loaf pan with waxed paper.
  • 2 mix ingrediants in order given.
  • 3 poor into waxed lined loaf pan.
  • 4 bake 1 hour at 300 degrees.
  • 5 remove from pan and cool on wire wrack for 15 minutes.
  • 6 remove waxed paper.
  • 7 cool until slightly warm.
  • 8 wrap bread with foil.
  • 9 serve when ready.
  • 10 i think it's always best the next day.
  • 11 enjoy!
