Michele's Banana Nut Bread

Ingredients
- Servings: 12
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 3 large ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 cups self rising flour
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Recipe
- 1 line a 2 quart loaf pan with waxed paper.
- 2 mix ingrediants in order given.
- 3 poor into waxed lined loaf pan.
- 4 bake 1 hour at 300 degrees.
- 5 remove from pan and cool on wire wrack for 15 minutes.
- 6 remove waxed paper.
- 7 cool until slightly warm.
- 8 wrap bread with foil.
- 9 serve when ready.
- 10 i think it's always best the next day.
- 11 enjoy!
