Mash On Toast

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1/2 cup mashed potatoes, cold
  • 1 slice bread
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Recipe

  • 1 toast the bread on both sides.
  • 2 spread the toast with 1 tbsp of the butter.
  • 3 top with the mash.
  • 4 level off the mash and make dimples in the top, fill the dimples with the remaining butter.
  • 5 grill under a hot grill until the mash develops a crispy crush.
  • 6 eat.
  • 7 fr extra indulgence pour some hot, really thick onion gravy over the top.
