- 1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn
- 1 (15 ounce) can creamed corn
- 1 (8 1/2 ounce) box jiffy cornbread mix
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup oil
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients except cheese in large bowl.
- 2 pour into 8 x 12 casserole dish.
- 3 spread cheese over top.
- 4 bake at 350 for 55-60 minute.
