- 2 slices french bread, thick
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons butter
- salt
- cheddar cheese
- tabasco sauce
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 325 degrees f.
- 2 hollow out the center of each bread slice and dot with butter.
- 3 break one egg into each hollow.
- 4 salt and add 4-6 drops of hot sauce on each egg.
- 5 cover both with cheddar cheese and bake until eggs are set.
