Protein Muffin

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups wheat flour
  • 2 scoops protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup egg beaters egg substitute
  • 2 cups skim milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Recipe

  • 1 mix together, then add in whatever fruit you want.
  • 2 put in pam sprayed muffin molds or make into a "cake". bake at 350 for 15-20.
