Ingredients
- 2 cups wheat flour
- 2 scoops protein powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup egg beaters egg substitute
- 2 cups skim milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Recipe
- 1 mix together, then add in whatever fruit you want.
- 2 put in pam sprayed muffin molds or make into a "cake". bake at 350 for 15-20.
