Prosciutto Olive Tomato Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cups water
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup ripe tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 cup pitted wine cured olive (alfonse)
  • 1/3 cup prosciutto, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2/3 teaspoon sage
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 cup rye flour
  • 1 2/3 cups whole wheat flour
  • 2 cups bread flour
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons yeast

Recipe
