Prosciutto And Fontina Grilled Cheese

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 8 slices italian bread
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup basil pesto
  • 8 ounces thinly sliced prosciutto
  • 1 cup arugula leaf
  • 4 slices fontina cheese

Recipe

  • 1 brush one side of each bread slice with olive oil.
  • 2 top 4 bread slices with pesto, prosciutto, arugula and fontina. cover with remaining bread slices.
  • 3 grill 3-4 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
