Ingredients

- 8 slices italian bread
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup basil pesto
- 8 ounces thinly sliced prosciutto
- 1 cup arugula leaf
- 4 slices fontina cheese
Recipe
- 1 brush one side of each bread slice with olive oil.
- 2 top 4 bread slices with pesto, prosciutto, arugula and fontina. cover with remaining bread slices.
- 3 grill 3-4 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
