- 1 preheat oven to 200°f.
- 2 as soon as it is ready, turn it off.
- 3 place the bread dough in the oven for 50-65 minutes. if you made it well, it should double.
- 4 much better than i did a a teenager up north, putting it on the radiator for 2-4 hours. obviously, we used to only bake bread in the winter.
