Poppy Seed Quick Bread

Ingredients

• 1 (18 ounce) box lemon cake mix (not pudding type)
• 1/2 cup oil
• 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package instant coconut cream pudding mix
• 4 eggs
• 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
• 1 cup water
• 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract

Recipe

• 1 beat cake mix, oil, pudding mix, and eggs until well blended.
• 2 stir in water, poppy seeds and lemon extract.
• 3 pour into 2 well greased loaf pans.
• 4 bake at 350°f for approximately 40 minutes or until they test done.
