Ingredients

- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can whole tomatoes, drained and quartered
- 2 tablespoons seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/4-1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, shredded
- 1 tablespoon butter
Recipe
- 1 place tomatoes in a greased 1-qt baking dish.
- 2 combine bread crumbs, italian seasoning and salt; sprinkle over tomatoes.
- 3 top with cheese; dot with butter.
- 4 bake, uncovered, at 325 for 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned.
