- 1 whole wheat pita bread
- 1/4 cup fat free feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 plum tomato, sliced thin
- 1 sliced red onion
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 400.
- 2 rub pita with half oil.
- 3 spread cheese on pita.
- 4 lay on tomato slices.
- 5 top with onion and drizzle with remaining oil.
- 6 bake at 400 for 10-15 minutes.
- 7 broil on high for 3-5 minutes till bubbly.
