My Big Fat Greek Pizza

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 whole wheat pita bread
  • 1/4 cup fat free feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 plum tomato, sliced thin
  • 1 sliced red onion
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 400.
  • 2 rub pita with half oil.
  • 3 spread cheese on pita.
  • 4 lay on tomato slices.
  • 5 top with onion and drizzle with remaining oil.
  • 6 bake at 400 for 10-15 minutes.
  • 7 broil on high for 3-5 minutes till bubbly.
