- 1 1/4 cups self-rising cornmeal
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cream-style corn
- 1/3 cup cooking oil
- 3 eggs, lightly salted
- 4 teaspoons sugar
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- 2 combine all of the ingredients and stir until smooth.
- 3 place batter in a greased 9x13 baking pan.
- 4 bake for 30-35 minutes until golden.
