- 1 loaf italian bread
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons parsley flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
Recipe
- 1 cut bread into 3/4-inch slices.
- 2 mix butter with the other ingredients and spread between slices.
- 3 wrap loaf loosely in foil securing both ends.
- 4 place on grill for 10-12 minutes.
