- 3 ripe bananas
- 1 cup soymilk
- 2 tablespoons molasses or 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 7 slices whole wheat bread
- 2 teaspoons oil
Recipe
- 1 mash bananas in a bowl.
- 2 add soy milk, molasses or maple syrup, and cinnamon.
- 3 stir well.
- 4 soak bread slices in mixture. fry in lightly oiled skillet. lightly brown both sides.
- 5 top with your usual french toast toppings.
