Egg In A Roll

Ingredients
- Servings: 1
- 1 roll, about 8cm in diameter
- 1 slice bacon, cooked
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon grated cheese
- 1 teaspoon melted butter
Recipe
- 1 turn oven to 180 degrees.
- 2 slice top thinly of the roll.
- 3 pull centre out of roll, leave bread case intact.
- 4 cut rind off bacon, chop it up and put inside roll.
- 5 break egg into roll, pierce yolk with the tip of a knife.
- 6 sprinkle grated cheese on.
- 7 put in shallow baking dish.
- 8 brush outside of roll with melted butter.
- 9 bake for 20 minutes or until the egg is set, watch roll doesn't burn.
