Ramped Up Beer Bread

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups self rising flour
  • 12 ounces room temperature beer (i've used yeungling, coors light, and bud)
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 cup ramps, diced
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 375 degrees and prepare 9x5 loaf pan with cooking spray.
  • 2 in a large bowl, add flour, sugar, and ramps.
  • 3 add beer, and quickly stir ingredients together.
  • 4 pour into pan, and then pour the melted butter over the top.
  • 5 cook for 45 minutes or until top is golden brown.
