Ramped Up Beer Bread

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups self rising flour
- 12 ounces room temperature beer (i've used yeungling, coors light, and bud)
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 cup ramps, diced
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375 degrees and prepare 9x5 loaf pan with cooking spray.
- 2 in a large bowl, add flour, sugar, and ramps.
- 3 add beer, and quickly stir ingredients together.
- 4 pour into pan, and then pour the melted butter over the top.
- 5 cook for 45 minutes or until top is golden brown.
