Ingredients

- 1 1/4 cups splenda granular
- 2/3 cup shortening
- 1 (16 ounce) can pumpkin puree
- 2/3 cup water
- 4 eggs
- 3 1/3 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 grease two 9 in loaf pans.
- 3 in a large bowl, combine splenda and shortening.
- 4 stir in eggs, water and pumpkin puree.
- 5 add the remaining ingrediets.
- 6 bake for 70 to 80 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean.
