Pumpkin Bread Remix

Ingredients

  • Servings: 20
  • 1 1/4 cups splenda granular
  • 2/3 cup shortening
  • 1 (16 ounce) can pumpkin puree
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 1/3 cups whole wheat flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Recipe

  • 1 heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 grease two 9 in loaf pans.
  • 3 in a large bowl, combine splenda and shortening.
  • 4 stir in eggs, water and pumpkin puree.
  • 5 add the remaining ingrediets.
  • 6 bake for 70 to 80 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean.
