Raisin Brown Bread

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 cup raisins
- 2 1/2 cups sour milk
- 1 cup molasses
Recipe
- 1 blend together flour, baking soda and salt.
- 2 blend in whole wheat flour and raisins.
- 3 make a well in centre of dry ingredients.
- 4 add milk and molasses.
- 5 divide batter among 4 greased 20oz cans.
- 6 cover each with aluminum foil and tie in place.
- 7 steam for 1 hour.
- 8 serve warm or cold.
