Parmesan Baguette

Ingredients

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons fresh parsley, minced
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 baguette, italian, halved lengthwise
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
Recipe
- 1 preheat broiler with oven rack 3–4 inches from the element.
- 2 combine butter, garlic, parsley, salt, oregano, and paprika; spread mixture on cut sides of baguette and sprinkle with parmesan.
- 3 broil bread, buttered-side up, on a baking sheet until toasted, 1–3 minutes. remove from oven, then cut into 2-inch pieces.
