Pacheese Balls

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (15 ounce) ricotta cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups seasoned bread crumbs, divided
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • tomato sauce, for dipping

Recipe

  • 1 heat 2 inches of vegetableoil in a large pot or deep fryer, until a deep-fry thermometer registers 360 degrees.
  • 2 mix together ricotta chesse, 11/2 c breadcrumbs and garlic powder. roll cheese about the size of golf ball, toss in remaining 1/2 c breadcrumbs. carefully place in oil. fry a few at a time, about 1 minute 30 seconds.
  • 3 drain on aplate lined with viva towels. let cool and eat away. these are sooooooooo good and filling. dip in tomato sauce, if desired.
