Olive Garden Spinach And Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
- 2 fresh whole artichokes
- 1 lemon, juice of
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 lb cream cheese
- 8 ounces mascarpone cheese
- 2 tablespoons flour, sifted
- 8 ounces grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh thyme leave
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 garlice clove, minced
- 1 ounce green onion, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 ounces fresh spinach, chopped
Recipe
- 1 boil atrichokes in water with salt and lemon juice for around 5- 10 minutes.
- 2 let artichoke cool down.
- 3 clean peel and slice atrichoke.
- 4 in large bowl mix all the ingredients together.
- 5 spay a 14" nonstick pan wtih spray lay out dip in pan evenly.
- 6 bake at 325 for about 25 minutes remove from oven and sprinkle more with parmesan cheese.
- 7 serve hot with toasted italian bread.
