Olive Garden Spinach And Artichoke Dip

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 fresh whole artichokes
  • 1 lemon, juice of
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 lb cream cheese
  • 8 ounces mascarpone cheese
  • 2 tablespoons flour, sifted
  • 8 ounces grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh thyme leave
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 garlice clove, minced
  • 1 ounce green onion, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 ounces fresh spinach, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 boil atrichokes in water with salt and lemon juice for around 5- 10 minutes.
  • 2 let artichoke cool down.
  • 3 clean peel and slice atrichoke.
  • 4 in large bowl mix all the ingredients together.
  • 5 spay a 14" nonstick pan wtih spray lay out dip in pan evenly.
  • 6 bake at 325 for about 25 minutes remove from oven and sprinkle more with parmesan cheese.
  • 7 serve hot with toasted italian bread.
