Ingredients

- 1 egg
- 30 fresh sage leaves
- 1 ounce fine breadcrumb
- olive oil, for frying
- salt
Recipe
- 1 beat the egg with a pinch of salt in a bowl.
- 2 add the sage leaves, making sure that they are immersed, and let stand for 2 minutes.
- 3 drain the leaves well and dip in the bread crumbs to coat.
- 4 heat plenty of olive oil in a skillet, add the sage leaves and cook until golden brown.
- 5 drain on paper towels.
- 6 serve with italian cheese slices or your favorite dipping sauce.
