Croute Suisse

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 large slice french bread, crusts removed
  • 2 slices emmenthaler cheese (or gruyere)

Recipe

  • 1 preheat broiler.
  • 2 heat oil in a skillet.
  • 3 saute both sides of bread.
  • 4 place on a baking sheet and top with cheese.
  • 5 place under broiler until cheese melts.
