Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 large slice french bread, crusts removed
- 2 slices emmenthaler cheese (or gruyere)
Recipe
- 1 preheat broiler.
- 2 heat oil in a skillet.
- 3 saute both sides of bread.
- 4 place on a baking sheet and top with cheese.
- 5 place under broiler until cheese melts.
