Ricotta & Fruit On Rye

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 2 mins Cook Time: 3 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 slices light rye bread, sliced thickly
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • sliced strawberries (or whichever fruit you choose) or pears (or whichever fruit you choose) or orange (or whichever fruit you choose)
  • coconut

Recipe

  • 1 toast rye bread lightly and allow to cool.
  • 2 combine ricotta, banana & honey in a bowl.
  • 3 spread equal amounts over each slice of toast.
  • 4 top with fruit of your choice & sprinkle with coconut.
