- 4 slices light rye bread, sliced thickly
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1/4 cup honey
- sliced strawberries (or whichever fruit you choose) or pears (or whichever fruit you choose) or orange (or whichever fruit you choose)
- coconut
Recipe
- 1 toast rye bread lightly and allow to cool.
- 2 combine ricotta, banana & honey in a bowl.
- 3 spread equal amounts over each slice of toast.
- 4 top with fruit of your choice & sprinkle with coconut.
