Peanut Butter Bread

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup peanut butter 
- 1/2 cup sugar 
- 1 teaspoon vanilla 
- 1/2 teaspoon salt 
- 1 3/4 cups milk 
- 2 1/4 cups whole wheat flour 
- 4 teaspoons baking powder 
Recipe
- 1 in a large bowl, cream together the peanut butter and sugar. 
- 2 add the vanilla and salt and mix well. 
- 3 now add half the milk and half the flour, and all of the baking powder. 
- 4 mix very well. 
- 5 add the remaining milk and flour, and mix again until the batter is nice and smooth. 
- 6 turn the mixture into a well oiled 9 by 5-inch loaf pan. 
- 7 bake at 350° for about an hour. 
- 8 remove from the oven, and allow to cool for about 10 minutes before removing from the pan. 
- 9 cool completely before wrapping and storing.
