Parmesan "roof Tiles"

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 slices bread, stale (the one for sandwich)
  • 100 g parmesan cheese
  • 25 g butter or 25 g margarine

Recipe

  • 1 to prepare your "eatable 'roof' tiles", place the stale bread slices without crust in the food processor so they are like "breadcrumbs".
  • 2 mix your crumbs with the parmesan cheese.
  • 3 grease a baking sheet with the butter and with a teaspoon, place over it little piles of the mixture you've just done (crumbs and parmesan).
  • 4 then, lightly press them until you form "circles".
  • 5 put them in the oven for 5 minutes at 350ºf.
  • 6 afterwards, take them out and quickly place the over a bottle or the rolling pin to form your parmesan "roof tiles".
  • 7 let them cool and serve as you wish.
