Nell's Corn Casserole I

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 (14 ounce) can evaporated milk
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
- 2 (12 ounce) cans shoe peg corn or 2 (12 ounce) cans thawed frozen corn
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese, more to taste
- 1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs, combined with
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients except breadcrumb mixture in baking dish.
- 2 sprinkle breadcrumbs around edge.
- 3 bake at 375 degrees f until heated through, 25-30 minutes.
