Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons honey mustard
- 8 slices bread
- 4 slices swiss cheese
- 1/4 lb thinly sliced ham
- 1/3 cup nonfat milk
- 2 large egg whites
- cooking spray
- powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup seedless raspberry jam
Recipe
- 1 mix the egg whites and milk together in a large bowl.
- 2 spread honey mustard on bread and place swiss cheese and ham in between bread to make a sandwich.
- 3 dip the sandwich in the egg mixture.
- 4 spray a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray.
- 5 heat skillet to medium high.
- 6 place sandwich in skillet and cook until golden brown then flip and cook the other side.
- 7 sprinkle sandwich with powdered sugar and serve with a spoonful of raspberry jam.
