Lentil Loaf

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1 tablespoon wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon tamari or 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 3/4 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked lentils (2/3 uncooked)
  • 3/4 cup crumbled bread
  • 3/4 cup chopped nuts

Recipe

  • 1 sautee the onion and garlic in oil.
  • 2 add the flour, mix well.
  • 3 add the tomato sauce, stir.
  • 4 add the rest of the ingredients.
  • 5 mix well.
  • 6 pour in casserole dish (oil the dish) and cook at 350 for 35 minutes.
