Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 1 tablespoon wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon tamari or 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 3/4 cup tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 cups cooked lentils (2/3 uncooked)
- 3/4 cup crumbled bread
- 3/4 cup chopped nuts
Recipe
- 1 sautee the onion and garlic in oil.
- 2 add the flour, mix well.
- 3 add the tomato sauce, stir.
- 4 add the rest of the ingredients.
- 5 mix well.
- 6 pour in casserole dish (oil the dish) and cook at 350 for 35 minutes.
