Eggless, Dairy-free Cornbread

- 1 1/4 cups soymilk
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 cup natural unbleached flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375.
- 2 pour the soymilk mixture into the dry ingredients. mix quickly, and don't overmix.
- 3 pour into the prepared pan. bake for 25-30 minutes.
