Peanut Butter Blender Bread!

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 cup nonfat milk (regular is fine)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 heat oven to 350°f.
  • 2 grease a loaf pan.
  • 3 in a blender, combine milk, peanut butter, eggs, sugar, and salt.
  • 4 blend for a few seconds.
  • 5 add into the batter the flour and baking powder.
  • 6 blend mixture for another few seconds combining well.
  • 7 pour into the greased pan.
  • 8 bake for 50-60 minutes.
