Ingredients
- 3 onions, fried in butter
- 1 lb mushroom
- 1 pint oyster
- 1 recipe sauce (your favorite)
- sherry wine
- 4 pieces toasted bread

- 1 add mushrooms to the onions which have been fried until light brown, and cook for about 15 minutes. combine with 1 pint of raw oysters and 1 standard recipe of sauce. add sherry. cook gently a few minutes and serve on toast.
