Ingredients
- 1 piece pita bread
- 1 tablespoon pesto sauce
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 175(small toaster oven works best but regular is ok too).
- 2 heat flatbread for 1 minute or until warm.
- 3 spread pesto on pita/flatbread and sprinkle with cheese.
- 4 heat for 2-3 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bread is lightly goldened.
