Monkey Bread

Total Time: 58 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 28 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 (16 1/3 ounce) cans large refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
  • 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup butter or 3/4 cup margarine, melted

Recipe

  • 1 heat oven to 350°f lightly grease tube pan.
  • 2 mix sugar and cinnamon in plastic storage bag.
  • 3 cut each biscuit in quarters.
  • 4 shake quartered biscuits in bag to coat.
  • 5 arrange in pan.
  • 6 mix brown sugar and butter; pour over biscuit pieces.
  • 7 bake 28 to 32 minutes or until no longer doughy in center.
  • 8 cool in pan 10 minutes.
  • 9 turn upside down onto serving plate.
