- 1 (6 ounce) can albacore tuna in water
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar or 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 pinch sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- fresh ground black pepper (to taste)
Recipe
- 1 drain tuna , sqeezing out water.
- 2 mash the tuna in a small bowl and add the rest of the ingredients. serve on bread or toast.
