Gingerbread Latte

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 ounce ginger syrup
  • 8 ounces milk
  • 1 1/2-3 fluid ounces espresso

Recipe

  • 1 gently heat the syrup and milk in a small saucepan, whisking until frothy.
  • 2 pour into a tall glass and add espresso.
  • 3 you can also make this in a microwave.
  • 4 just heat the milk and syrup in a microwave and then whiz in a blender until frothy, about 30 seconds.
  • 5 pour into a tall glass and add espresso.
