Freeze Ahead Cheese Bread

Ingredients

• 2 egg whites
• 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine
• 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
• 4 ounces cream cheese
• 4 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
• 4 ounces swiss cheese, shredded
• 1 loaf french bread

Recipe

• 1 beat egg whites until stiff and set aside.
• 2 cream butter or margarine, garlic powder, and cayenne.
• 3 beat in the cream cheese, sharp cheddar cheese, and swiss cheese.
• 4 fold in stiff egg whites.
• 5 spread mixture on bread slices.
• 6 bake at 400 degrees fahrenheit for 15 minutes.
