Easy Light French Toast

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 eggs or 2 egg whites, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 4 -5 packets sweet 'n low (or to you taste) or 1/4 cup real sugar (if you're not on a diet!)
  • 1/2 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 6 pieces bread (perferably)
  • cinnamon
  • powdered sugar
  • butter
  • light syrup or sugar free syrup

Recipe

  • 1 preheat griddle or pan to med.
  • 2 heat and spray w/ non-fat cooking spray.
  • 3 mix up first five ingr.
  • 4 dip the bread in the egg mixture and press on both sides w/ a fork.
  • 5 put the bread slices on the griddle and cook until golden brown on both sides.
  • 6 serve w/ toppings.
