Easter Brunch Casserole

Total Time: 1 hr 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 1 large loaf french bread (cubed)
  • 6 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 lb grated monterey jack cheese
  • 1/2 lb thin slices ham
  • 21 eggs
  • 3 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup wine
  • 4 green onions (minced)
  • 1 cup sour cream cheese
  • 2/3 cup parmesan cheese

Recipe

  • 1 grease both pans with butter.
  • 2 spread bread in bottom of dishes and drizzle with butter.
  • 3 spread cheese and ham over bread.
  • 4 mix all ingredients together but sour cream.
  • 5 pour over bread, cheese, and ham.
  • 6 cover and refrigerate over night.
  • 7 bake at 325 for 1 hour covered.
  • 8 spread sour cream and parmesan over.
  • 9 bake 10 more mins.
