Ingredients

- 1 banana, frozen
- 1 cup nonfat milk
- 2 -3 teaspoons molasses (original calls for 2 but we like 3)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

- 1 add all ingredients to a blender. blend until thoroughly mixed, and serve immediately.
