Gingerbread Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1 cup nonfat milk
  • 2 -3 teaspoons molasses (original calls for 2 but we like 3)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Recipe

  • 1 add all ingredients to a blender. blend until thoroughly mixed, and serve immediately.
