Ingredients

- cooking spray
- 8 (6 inch) pita bread, each cut into 6 wedges
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°.
- 2 coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- 3 place pita wedges on pan; coat with cooking spray. sprinkle with cumin and salt. bake at 350° for 8 minutes or until lightly browned.
- 4 note: chips can be made ahead and stored in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
