Cumin-dusted Pita Chips

Total Time: 13 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 8 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • cooking spray
  • 8 (6 inch) pita bread, each cut into 6 wedges
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350°.
  • 2 coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  • 3 place pita wedges on pan; coat with cooking spray. sprinkle with cumin and salt. bake at 350° for 8 minutes or until lightly browned.
  • 4 note: chips can be made ahead and stored in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
