Pumpkin Patties

Ingredients
- 2 cups pumpkin, cooked and mashed
- 1 medium yellow onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
- 150 g tasty cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup soy flour
- 1/2 cup gluten flour
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
Recipe
- 1 combine all the ingredients.
- 2 mix well.
- 3 heat a frypan lightly greased with olive oil over medium heat.
- 4 shape the mixture ino balls.
- 5 place in the frypan and gently flatten into patties.
- 6 fry for 5-10 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- 7 serve with a salad and crusty bread rolls.
