Pumpkin Patties

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pumpkin, cooked and mashed
  • 1 medium yellow onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
  • 150 g tasty cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup soy flour
  • 1/2 cup gluten flour
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour

Recipe

  • 1 combine all the ingredients.
  • 2 mix well.
  • 3 heat a frypan lightly greased with olive oil over medium heat.
  • 4 shape the mixture ino balls.
  • 5 place in the frypan and gently flatten into patties.
  • 6 fry for 5-10 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • 7 serve with a salad and crusty bread rolls.
