Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 cups flour
Recipe
- 1 cream butter and sugar.
- 2 add flour a little at a time.
- 3 divide mixture in half and knead each piece 5 minutes or more.
- 4 gently roll out into a circle, place on a baking tray and prick all over with a fork.
- 5 bake at 325 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
- 6 cut into 8 wedges and lightly sprinkle with sugar.
- 7 leave to cool.
