Heloise’s Olive Nut Sandwich Spread

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 6 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 cup black olives, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive juice
  • pepper, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 let cream cheese stand at room temperature until soft. mash with a fork and add mayonnaise.
  • 2 add chopped pecans, olives and olive juice. stir well.
  • 3 add pepper to taste.
  • 4 the mixture should be mushy.
  • 5 store in pint jars for 24 to 48 hours. it will thicken.
