Mississippi Cornbread

Total Time: 48 mins Preparation Time: 3 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 cup yellow cornmeal
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 8 ounces cream-style corn
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients together and pour into greased pan or baking dish.
  • 2 bake at 375* for 45 minutes or until done.
