Peach Cobbler French Toast

Ingredients

- 1 loaf french bread
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 (1 lb) cans sliced peaches, do not drain
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Recipe
- 1 slice bread into 1" thick slices and lay flat in an oblong dish.
- 2 blend next 4 ingredients and pour over bread.
- 3 cover and let set until liquid is absorbed.
- 4 spray another 9x13 baking dish with non stick spray and place peaches and juice in the bottom.
- 5 mix together brown sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle on top.
- 6 place bread slices over peaches and brush with melted butter.
- 7 bake in a 425° oven for 25 minutes.
