Cumin-cheddar Cornbread

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (8 1/2 ounce) package corn muffin mix
  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground cumin

Recipe

  • 1 prepare the muffin mix according to package directions and stir the cheese and cumin into the batter. spread in a greased 8x8x2-inch baking pan or a 8x1 1/2-inch round baking pan.
  • 2 bake in a 400° oven about 15 minutes or till a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. serve the cornbread warm.
